OUR ROOMS
The whole house will be yours to enjoy during your stay. There are 4 spacious , well equipped bedrooms each with their own French country style.
The master bedroom has a super-king sized bed, with its own en-suite with shower and a balcony overlooking the garden.
2 x rooms with king size beds and 1 x twin room.
The family bathroom upstairs has both a bath and separate shower cubicle, and an additional toilet and washbasin can be found in the cloakroom.
A further bathroom can be found downstairs with a shower.
ABOUT
L'abeille is located in Laurens, Herault, France. A peaceful village with beautiful walks nearby along with a number of wine domains and just 22km from Beziers and its airport. Also only 30 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the South of France.
FACILITIES
House
The house has 4 bedrooms and a very large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large gas range cooker as well as an electric built in oven. Full size dishwasher and fridge/freezer . Utility room housing the microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer along with a second tall fridge. Downstairs shower room, handy for the heated pool (there is also an outside shower beside the pool). Each bedroom has a remote control ceiling fan along with hanging and drawer space.
The lounge areas have seating for 8 people as does the dining table. Extensive range of glassware, crockery and cutlery is available. Full set of picnic ware for use outside.

The village of Laurens
The village has 2 bakeries, a butcher, a Tabac (newsagents), Pizzeria, small local shop, several wineries and a cafe/bar.
We would recommend the restaurant Abbaye Sylva Plana for excellent food and wine.
There is a larger Intermarche supermarket 6km away in the next village.

Visit Domaine de la Sarabande in the village or Chateau Greznan only 3km away.
Nearest signed wine route is the Faugeres appellation
Beaches
Serignan Plage is a beautiful and very long sandy beach - numerous pop-up restaurants feature during the summer.
Valras Plage is also a great location with more permanent facilities throughout the year.
Both beaches are a 30 minute drive away.
Cultural Sites
Just over an hour away from the capital city of Montpellier with its numerous historic monuments. About an hour and 15 minutes from the medieval city of Carcassonne.
